Keeping Hydrated - If you aren't hydrated your body will find it a lot harder to maintain its temperature and thus sweating will be the result. Sweating cools you down. Carry a bottle of water wherever you go and sip throughout the day.

Losing Weight - If you are overweight you will be dehydrated and stressed. Both these things lead to more sweat than normal. Lose the weight, lose the sweat. This will help you overcome excessive sweating.
